Position Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment and Classification) in the Human Resource Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
- You will serve as the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist for the Recruitment and Classification Division.
- You will advise management on recruitment / placement strategies, position classification and organizational structure, and strategic planning.
- You will serve as consultant in providing strategic approaches to pay and compensation.
- You will develop, modify, conduct and / or oversee the presentation of basic and refresher training in personnel staffing policies and procedures in such areas as recruitment, classification, job analysis, crediting plan development and compensation.
